Mooring Minute: Building strength thru being a mentor

A mentor is not someone who walks ahead of us to show us how they did it and talk about past successes. A mentor walks alongside us to show us what we can do and how we can achieve more then we ever imagined.

Boating allows one generation to mentor another. To show them how to find the expressway to success! To avoid pitfalls and sidesteps so to find the best way for them. As in boating as in life, we all are working to achieve the same goal of a life well lived, we are just doing it with infinite variety, each of us expressing our unique “why” and our unique way. But finding that way is much easier when you connect with a mentor!

So untie the ties which are holding you back and head out and seek to make a difference in another.

The Mooring Minute!
